Charcuterie with Melinda Space

Melinda will demonstrate how to create 3 charcuterie boards: Traditional with meat & cheeses, Butter Board with flavored butter and items to dip in and last but not least, a Dessert Board.  You will receive handouts with pairings, the components of creating a charcuterie board, how to assemble, salami flower making demo and  plate of meats, cheeses, olives, pickles, fruits and nuts to create a charcuterie cup with fancy picks that you can take home. And you will also get to graze and nibble on the display boards.
