Welcome Spring with Chef Rob's delicious Spring Carrot Cake Muffins. These muffins are sweet and cinnamony. They are super moist and are great for breakfast, snack time or on the fly.

Please Bring: Box grater, peeler, muffin tin, large and medium bowl, whisk, and rubber spatula
