Jewelry Designer / Instructor Donna Irvine teaches you wire techniques to make this set of wine glass charms. 
Spruce up your wine glasses for parties or anytime you want to feel a little fancy. 
For those who don't drink wine, no problem, you can wear their creations as rings. 
Students can customize their own creation by choosing bead colors.
