Opera Night, Long Island’s mission is to foster the production and appreciation of opera by providing affordable opera of the highest caliber singers and emerging young talent. The Opera Night, Long Island singers and accompanist are accomplished, professional musicians. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Opera Night, Long Island!

The “Sunday Afternoon at the Opera” program includes excerpts from operas by composers Georges Bizet (Carmen), Giuseppe Verdi (La Traviata), Camille Saint-Saens (Samson et Dalila) and Giacomo Puccini (Madama Butterfly) to name only a few.
