Program Description

Event Details

In this Edible Science class, we'll make bread in a bag, specifically looking at the chemical reaction that yeast has on flour and water.  The loaf will be mixed and kneaded directly in a plastic bag.  Once it's ready, we'll transfer the loaves to a baking tin.  Children will bring their loaves home to bake.  Supplies and recipe will be included.

Children in grades 4-8 welcome.
