This class is for people who are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor as in a regular yoga or fitness class. Class will start with breath and centering exercises and proceed to movement with proper alignment.
All exercises will be either seated in a chair or with the support of a chair in standing. We will focus on keeping the joints mobile and stable. Flexibility and balance with the support of the chair will also be incorporated.
Priority will be given to Manhasset library cardholders. Non-cardholders will be placed on a waitlist to be added if space is available 1 week prior to the first class.
Fee is $60 and must be paid in full at time prior to the first class. No refunds. Cash, check and credit card accepted.
