Link movement and breath through yoga sequences to not only gain more flexibility, but also increase strength. We will learn a series of posture sequences, with focus on core and posture. Additionally, we will always include some lower back and hamstring stretches- important for people hunched over a computer, school desk or phone.
Please bring:
*Mat (preferably 1/2in thick)
*Towel
*Pair of 3 lb. weights (optional)
