This is a class for everyone! Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with slow, gentle standing flows and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Strong emphasis on foundation using props (chair, blocks, straps, etc.) to assist with proper alignment. In this class, you will develop strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive environment.
Please bring your own mat and any props you might want to use. Some props will be available to borrow.
Fee for the 6 session class is $60 and must be paid in full at time of registration. No refunds. Cash, check and credit card accepted.
