Join us for a fun class of dipping and decorating sweet treats in both milk and dark chocolate!

Join Mary Lou for a combination class of stretching, low impact cardio, and strength training with light weights (participants bring their own weights).

Please Note: This is a 6-class session.

This is an Intermediate/Advanced Level Class. Registrants who sign up are recommended to have a basic knowledge of Tai Chi and or have taken one of our previous Tai Chi sessions this year.
