Strengthen your core, pelvic floor, muscles and mindset with an invigorating and supportive mixed-ability Pilates class.
This class is for people who are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor as in a regular yoga or fitness class.&

Join Mary Lou for a combination class of stretching, low impact cardio, and strength training with light weights (participants bring their own weights).
