Chair Strength Balance and Yoga with Carolyn
FORMERLY KNOWN AS CHAIR YOGA
This class is for people who are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor as in a regular yoga or fitness class. Class will start with breath and centering exercises and proceed to movement with proper alignment.
All exercises will be either seated in a chair or with the support of a chair in standing. We will focus on keeping the joints mobile and stable. Flexibility and balance with the support of the chair will also be incorporated.
Class will meet December 11, 18, 2025 January 15, 22, 29 February 5, 2026
Please Note:
Space is Limited. Priority registration for Manhasset Library cardholders.
Non-cardholders will be put on a Waiting List to be notified if space becomes available.
Fee is $60 and must be paid in full at time prior to the first class. No refunds or prorating. Cash, check and credit card accepted.
