Join Mary Lou for a combination class of stretching, low impact cardio, and strength training with light weights (participants bring their own weights).
Please Note: This is a 6-class session.
Class will meet January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 2026
Fee is $60 and must be paid in full at time prior to the first lass. No refunds. Cash, check and credit card accepted.
Priority to Manhasset Library cardholders.
