Kathy Gray's Mat Pilates Class for All Levels returns.
Pilates is a group of exercises that focus on posture and breathing while improving flexibility and strength.  As a physical therapist, Kathy will help you strengthen your core while protecting your body.
[Please bring a floor mat and a bath-sized towel.]

$50 for the 5-class session
