Originally developed in China a few hundred years ago, Tai Chi is a type of martial art primarily known for its health benefits, including helping with stress and tensions relief.
Often promoted and practiced as a martial arts therapy for the purposes of health and longevity, Tai Chi benefits people of all ages and lifestyles.
This is an open level session
