While there is no perfect posture there is optimal alignment for feeling your best in your body. Learn proven methods of healing common causes of back, neck, shoulder, and hip discomfort.
Posture Therapy is used to treat the underlying causes of chronic pain by improving your alignment through simple stretches, gravity and exercises that bring about your body's natural restorative abilities to heal.
You will need a yoga mat and a block or thick towel.
Priority will be given to Manhasset Library cardholders. Non-cardholders will be placed on a Pending waitlist and notified if space is available
