Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with slow, gentle standing flows and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Strong emphasis on foundation using props (chair, blocks, straps, etc.) to assist with proper alignment. In this class, you will develop strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive environment.
