Event Details
Strengthen your core, pelvic floor, muscles and mindset with an invigorating and supportive mixed-ability Pilates class. In this full-body, 1hr exercise class, you will use props to align your posture, reduce aches and pains, and leave energized and wanting more! All bodies and abilities welcome (including postpartum women 3m+).
Please bring a mat and water, and wear comfortable clothes.
$60 for the six-week session must be paid prior to the start of the first class. Cash, check or credit card accepted at the Circulation Desk. No Refunds.
Priority to Manhasset Library cardholders. Non-residents will be placed on a Pending Waitlist to be added, space permitting.
